Finally a good thread on here, thank Buddha.
My favorite foods are quite the obvious ones that only blasphemous sinners don't like: pizza, tacos(ok anything Mexican), various grilled foods such as dead cow/pig/chicken(that covers about everything worth talking about), and the finer snack foods such as pretzels, Goldfish(mm), peanuts and other assorted nuts(hehe), Cheez-Its(NOT CHEEZ DOODLES), among other equally delicious products that aren't necessary to name here.
I don't eat sweets very much but who doesn't enjoy a fine bowl of ice cream(Ben and Jerry) now and then, or the classic but always great Oreo Cookie. Anything Reese's is usually a winner as well.
Oh, these are pretty amazing too:
As far as restaraunts(not fast food), I enjoy Fuddruckers, Chili's, and any really good Mexican restaraunt(Chuy's or Margarita's), as well as just the good local steakhouses or any place that serves excellent BBQ.
Fast food is terrible but if I do eat it I usually prefer Wendy's or Jack in the Box. I can't stand McDonald's. Popeye's is fantastic, Subway and Quizno's are also great.
For pizza places, the best I've had is Greek Tony's and New York Pizzeria(
http://www.nypizzeria.com/), both have incredible selections, not just pizza. Everything they have is great.
Pizza Hut isn't too shabby though if you go the more conventional route(although Domino's is utter crap).
Also, basically anything Italian is terrific so I won't bother elaborating there.
As far as when I eat, I do something crazy insane that I'm not sure has caught on yet in some areas, but I eat whenever I feel like eating. Luckily that's not all that often, but it beats having a set time for indulging in one of life's greatest pleasures.
I don't eat alot while I watch games unless it's a big game(Superbowl, Finals, etc), but it's usually fun to get together with some friends and grill some dead flesh of various animals, have a few beers, munch on some pretzels, you know, all that jazz(speaking of Jazz, this is what I'll be doing when the Rockets lose to them in the playoffs).

We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.
