I wonder if they would open up Wrigley for the away games?

So happy...Miller scares me a bit. Game 1 should be at home dang it. The way the MLB decides who gets home field in the World freaking Series isn't just stupid, it is criminal. It truly leaves be dumbfounded how it is possible.

Outstanding pitching performance; faced the minimum. Kendricks showing why he lead MLB in ERA. Need 4 more W's.

Why even say this? Even if you believe it, don't say it in a thread about the Cubs. In the words of Cris Carter, "C'mon man."

Slept like three hours last night and woke up bright and alert this morning. I guess that adrenaline boost from last night hasn't worn off yet.

4 more to go.

If the Cubs win, it will be the biggest championship celebration of pretty much any team in any sport, ever—For obvious reasons. I'm a Cardinals fan, and I despise the Cubs as much as anybody. I couldn't name 3 CLE Indians players, but I'm rooting like hell for them in this WS.

You say some crazy stuff, but this may take the cake. You might as well have said "nothing will beat that 1993 Women's Handball World Championship final."

Nobody gives two craps about the White Sox. They are a crappy franchise with a crappy owner with a crappy stadium in a crappy location. Reinsdorf threatened to move them to Tampa for a stadium and you know what? We should have let him.

White Sox is a great franchise and the location isn't that bad. Not to mention US Cellular Field is better than Wrigley Field.

Better how? Wrigley is a freaking shrine, man. Even haters can't deny that place is special. Holy ground when it comes to baseball.
