Remember when the masses were always up in arms when Brian Shaw kept getting passed on for head coaching gigs?

What did he really have to work with? 10 SF's & guards. No major consolidation trade & Danilo out for the season or is it two now?

There was no way for Brian to win in Denver..

I think it's more about the way the team played. Nobody seemed to care, everybody did what he wanted. It was painful to watch this year.

Supposedly talented team with a good coach but only had regular season success because of injuries. Thought process was a new coach will take them far but got exposed as the roster was not good enough.

Most of those guys turn out to be not so great.... Chandler, Afflalo, Lawson, Faried etc...FO thought that Karl was the problem.....hmmmm

Denver fans can look forward to that Nurkic guy playing great basketball on a 20 win team for a few years.

There is no way this Bulls team plays any worse with any coach (even with VDN).

Bulls have talent and some rot on the bench at times. Thibs also has a lot of flaws. At worse, with another coach Bulls would be 5th or 6th seed with this same roster and injuries but there is no way we would be any worse.

Shaw didn't have a lot to work with but according to Denver he was a terrible coach. They definitely had the potential to be a lot better than they have been this season.

Time to start fresh - coach, roster, etc. for them. Get some young pieces around Nurkic and rebuild, imo.

They lost their coach, but they also lost Masai Ujiri, which was huge.

They replaced him with duds.

That organisation has been making bad decision after bad decision. You can add them thinking they were a credible playoff chance in the West this season as another bad decision.

Yeah...but they only added talent(Nurkic) to that roster and even then they started losing games after Karl left. Ujiri might be good but the roster is pretty much the same from what he built.

Hassan tried to do the Shaq move whenever he would dunk, he'd crank down his forearm right over the top of people's heads constantly. I'm all for Alex defending himself after a cheap shot like that, and Hassan going in for the tackle is hilarious - he needed to go down lower to get more leverage!

I always find it amusing when too overly tall people try to go at it, it's always so clumsy looking. And the trainer on the bench was on point, as soon as there was a scuffle he was ready to fend off the players from going on to the court.
Why so serious?

Sacramento really playing up tempo, fun to watch team now, they are destroying the Knicks. George Karl can really coach. I remember when they played the bulls looked completly lost

Am I the only one who thinks the Atlanta Hawks' new logo looks like a really sad Pac Man?

Josh Smith hits the 3 and then proceeds to tell the Atlanta crowd to hush up because they cheered whenever he took a 3
