I'm certainly not opposed to Holland, he needs to work on his shot though, good thing they've got Patton on staff.

Holland is quite the athlete, something this Bulls team could definitely use, plus he seems like a pest defensively, he averaged over 2 steals a game in the G-League.

Buzelis is still my top choice, but he'll likely be gone by the time the Bulls pick, Holland on the other hand may still be there.

My concern with Holland is that he ends up like Josh Jackson or the Thompson Twins. The Twins have potential, but its limited if their shooting doesn't improve.

Holland has at least got decent FT shooting numbers, the Thompson twins, not so much.

Holland is definitely not without his warts, but seeing the improvement of Ayos and Cobys shooting since Peter Patton arrived, I'm a little less concerned.
Go Bulls... I guess!? Right!?

Coby White was a 35% 3 shooter in college, he's 37% now in the league.
Ayo was a 39% 3 shooter in college, he's now a 40% 3 shooter in the league.

Holland would be a much bigger shooting project. Feels a bit like the Cam Reddish situation, lot of potential and he went 10th.
Holland seems a lot better than Reddish but hard to tell in the GLeague.

I'm assuming you just meant their last years in college. Ayo was a 34% 3pt shooter in college, 39% in his final year.

Coby improvement was more his consistent from 3 which has definitely improved this year and on greater volume.

I think Holland is a better athlete than Reddish and Reddish was actually touted as a shooter whereas Holland not so much.

At pick 11 in this draft Holland would be a fine pick and could blossom into a stud. He's not my pick, but I wouldn't be upset if that's who they picked.

Would GG Jackson be the first pick in this draft?

Considering he was a mid 2nd round pick in his own draft, probably not.

No. He slipped to the 2nd round for a reason. He was awful at South Carolina and got into it with coaches and teammates. He did just about everything possible to hurt his draft stock.

Hopefully Knecht drops to the Bulls and they take him.

It would be sweet if AK got creative and obtained a later first round pick. Knecht and any of Misi, Smith or Ware would be a respectable haul.

Knecht seems a bit dull to me.

Way overage. Good shooting profile not great. Doesn't offer much else besides scoring.

Being a three-level 20 ppg scorer is not some nitch skill.

I don't know what you mean.

And scoring in the NBA at middling efficiency has become very commodified in the NBA.

A three level scorer can score at the rim, in the mid range and at 3 point level. If he was 20 instead of 23 he would probably be a top 5 pick.
