id sig bet that collins will be fined and nothing for flemming. refs are a joke.

Vuc last 10 is 20/12 (only 44%FG and 28%3P :-? )

Coby last 10 is 20/6 (this grabs a good chunk of his bad shooting as well ... 40/32 ... clearly he's back on a great upswing!)

JP is starting to get it. Shot looks good and he’s slowly starting to anticipate on both ends.

I'm still trying to figure that one out

The quality of refereeing has really gotten alarmingly bad. Do refs get penalized for every bad call they made? Or at least there should be a scoring/grading system on how the game is being called?

I forgot where I heard it from (maybe PTI?), but the league apparently knows it's a big issue. Supposedly its been caused by a lot of their better refs retiring. Eric Lewis also resigned/fired for a Tweet he made and he was considered to be one of the better refs.

We're 11th in clutch. Top 3 are LAL, Mavs, Boston.
We're not top 3 but we're definitely better than our normal record in close games.

Every game is important from here on out. Another big west coast road win despite it being against Utah, no game will be easy for the Bulls.

They are now 30-32, still 9th seed 2 ahead of the hawks, 4.5 behind the pacers and 5 behind Philly. With 20 games left the 9th seed is still most likely but if they continue winning and go on a streak anything can happen.

Tomorrow night Golden State, they’re also playing tonight so they’ll be on a back to back as well but they aren’t traveling. Tough one but Bulls are rolling right now, confidence is high, it’s definitely a winnable game.

I thought I've seen everything with the NBA refs....then they pull some BS like this.

Well....game shouldn't have been that close anyways, the Bulls can't blow out anybody

Coby’s shot is def back.

It’s also obvious the dude doesn’t have the legs the whole game.

With GS tomorrow, would have been nice not to have needed 42 minutes from White to beat Utah's bench, but a W is a W.
At least it didn't go into OT, which it looked like on that crazy putback at the end that didn't count.

I’m not so sure. Collins intentionally tried to grab Fleming by the neck. He tried to choke the guy. That’s a move that warrants a multiple game suspension. I’d be willing to bet that if they do suspend him then Fleming will also get at least one game for trying to push him away.

Based on our injuries it feels more likely Hawks catch us than we catch Pacers or Sixers. Hawks playing better with Trae out.

I think we stay at 9th and lose to Pacers on the road for play in. Don’t even make playoffs.

If he doesn't get up to yap, Collins doesn't come over to back Sexton up.

I'm glad Torrey stood up for his team mate, even if there wasn't much in it, but that's how Torrey 'instigated' the situation.

nomorezorro wrote:i think collins got off with the single tech because flemming put his hands on collins first. you can defend it as a "flemming was just trying to clear him out of the bench area" but i don't think the league generally wants coaches adjudicating conflict on their own, so

Clearing out or trying to break up a fight happens all the time with coaches and players, it’s the right thing to do and never do (nor should) they receive a technical for that.

Coby put a hand on Collins too after all that to hold him back.Should have Coby gotten a technical as well?

Refs fkd up big time, but are lucky they didn’t cause the bulls to lose. The NBA better make it up and suspend that fool. Nothing gives him the right to hit or choke someone and get away with it.

That bench group with Ayo as the only starter was bad. Really bad. I assume Billy's plan was to give the other starters some rest, since we had a 10+ point lead. Well it backfired. That bench group gave Utah confidence which meant no rest for Coby and Demar.

A better coach, like Phil, would have ran the score up to 20 before trying that stunt.
