Probably more of the same until he's traded or let go. Unless he develops a shot. A big if that's getting bigger as the years go by. He's running out of time.

It's his second season, calm down.

He asked and I gave my opinion, calm down. You don't get a lot of time or chances in the NBA. It might seem too soon, but his window is starting to close.

His career is dependent on his shot. With one he'll be a rotation player, without one he'll be a Shaq Harrison-esque end of the bench filler.

And I've always been one of the few who like Dalen Terry since he was drafted.

I looked at the 2022 draft and the Wizards struck out on it. They could've had one of these players instead of Davis: Jalen Williams, Jalen Duren, Tari Eason, Mark Williams or Walker Kessler. But I get it...drafting isn't easy.

Terry Taylor was +8 in two minutes, so he is clearly the best player on the team. If he played 36 minutes, we would win by 144. #StatsDontLie #TakeThatForData

We have Blazers and Rockets coming up. Can we win 3 straight?

Hoping we can close the season 42-40.

That guy started talking smack to Vuc for no reason at all. Vuc got pissed, scored on him and decided to make that gesture to get him back. Was funny how he went all the way down lol.

Eh not really, not much drama in this one. No OT or last second shots to determine the winner. Bulls mostly had a safe lead.

I think I’m sold on the Coby/Ayo backcourt for the future. Ayo is stepping up to the challenge when asked and seems to have the mentality needed to be a consistently good NBA player and starter. They work well together and have very differing skillsets.

The fact that Coby & Ayo combined are paid less than half of what Zach is paid is remarkable. Two very good deals and building blocks for AKME to work with. Ayo’s shot is fantastic now.

Why would he get many more years to show he's an NBA player, though? Definitely looks like his NBA career could be over after his rookie deal at this point. It's not like DT was a high lottery pick who will get a lot of chances just because of that.

Ayo didn't develop his shot until his third season and he's 24 years old, Terry is 21 in his second season.

He's got plenty of time.

The Wiz are the lowest-talent team in the league, especially with Demi out and Gafford traded. We play them twice more and will roll them each time. That game was fun, if a bit cruel.

Fun fact on Dalen Terry. He has taken 168 shots in his NBA career. Of those shots, 167 were from 10 feet or less. :D

I have never seen the like. Never mind Ben Simmons, who is a distance shooter in comparison with Dalen. Even Andre Drummond takes more shots from 10+ feet. So does Daniel Gafford and so did Shaq. I mean, EVERYBODY does.

Yes, I can't find what's not to like about them. I think their contract certainly helps. They both outperform their contract. But if you don't have unreal expectation for them, they're really good starting backcourt and can play with any superstar you want to add later.

Do you just mean his 2PT attempts? Terry averages 1.1 3PT attempts per game.

Ayo was a much better player even without the shot being what it is now, though. He looked like an NBA in his rookie season.
