Braves @ Reds

Post#1 » by el loco » Sun Apr 26, 2009 1:18 am

The Reds can win on the road, but they cannot seem to put things together at home. They have lost the first two games of this series and I turned it off when the score became 10-2 today.

I will update this series later or someone else can    There is a lot of other stuff going on in the world of sports this weekend and the Reds while my favorite team in baseball don't top the list of activities.

Heck, with updating it

The Reds took game 3 with an 8-2 victory over the Braves. Jay Bruce went Yard twice, and Micah Owings pitched a good game, he also continues to swing a nice bat. Votto collected a couple of hits and has been the teams MVP so far. Phillips got a hit, and Ramon has raised his average up to .255 on the season.

Edwin continues to struggle at the plate and in the field. He has a slow start every year, but always seems to find a way to finish up around .270 with some decent power numbers.

Gonzalez couldn't hit his way out of a wet paper bag.
