Big strike out for the White Sox there. Really thought we'd get some more runs.

No kidding... The kid can flat out rake the ball. They said it would be his defense that kept him off the field, but from every last report I heard out of spring training his defense had greatly improved. I imagine once the season gets rolling Blake will be moving around the field a lot more and Garko will be getting more time. Of course they also wanted Victor to get more time at 1B so that will cut into Garko's playing time as well.

GRADY! Heck yea. Even if we lose this game in the end, I gotta say this is a very entertaining game. Back and forth, back and forth.

What was Victor doing telling Betancourt to go to first on that play? That was an easy DP. Lets hope that doesnt come back to haunt us.

Yea sorry about that comment. Just use to the occasional collapse in the pen. I don't know why we didn't double up Thome and Konerko either. Thome is as slow as my grandma.

Way to fight back Betancourt. I knew there was a reason you were one of my favorite players a couple of years ago.

Well hell, I wish the umpire would call strikes like that for us.. Half those pitches by Aardsma were outside or called balls all game long. Give us calls like that and they won't score either.

Damn that was a tough way to go down with the bases loaded, hopefully that doesnt come back to haunt us.

Nice job getting that first important out but a hit into the outfield probably scores a run with the pinch runner.

Normally when Jake takes the mound, the game is over in a little more than 2 hours. This game is already passed 3 hours. Heck of a job by Hernandez to get out of that without giving up any runs. Hopefully we can tag an insurance run before Borowski gets the ball.

Good to see Hernadez get out of the inning after the leadoff double without giving up any runs. Hopefully we can get atleast one run to extend the lead in the top of the 9th.
