The Tigers announced earlier today that Duane Below will be called up from Triple-A Toledo to make his major-league debut in a spot start on Wednesday. Manager Jim Leyland was noncommittal as to whether the young left-hander is planned for another start for a team in flux for a fifth starter but Below wasn't activated today, which means someone will be sent down after tonight's game.
