Just always trading the future to chase the present. It's a bad habit in general regardless of the outcome. The name of the game is staying out of the position of having to make such a choice i.e. stay ahead of the game. Win it by being in front and developing a lead. This gear shifting creates an inescapable stutter. We need to factor that out of the equation of our formula for success.
