the fish didnt pay migui or becket...no way theyre paying something as completely overrated as a closer 13m.

and not to be a jerk but the oakland/marlin comparisons have got to stop. their payroll is way more than ours and they havent won in 20 years...imo they play in a crap west coast div and would be a 70 win team if they played on the east coast

another great game last night..would love to see maybin get started but the guy just looks like a freakish athlete...even if hes numbers arent great, having a reliable center feilder for the first time in like 4 years is really going to cut down on the errors.

maybin frustrates me at the plate. he seems like he has the tools to be a solid hitter, but he takes some very very bad pitches, granted he's still young.

breakup the Marlins...the payroll is too high and they're gonna win too many games. This is not fair to the rest of the league!!! :lol:
