Papayans was arrested Feb. 11 by the Los Angeles Police Department's Robbery-Homicide Division and released the next day on $30,000 bail, according Los Angeles County Jail records. He is scheduled to be arraigned on March 11.

Papayans made news in January when he was arrested with Carter in connection with a brawl at a bar in Key West, Florida. Jail booking information listed his occupation as a bartender. He and Carter were both charged with misdemeanor battery, according to reports.
