I suspect we're going to have to put in M. Morris or TT before this series is over to help the officials remember the boundary between playoff foul and dangerously reckless.

I think the guys did a decent job showing we weren't having Mo's ****. Okoro gets in his face, Niang **** talks and points to him, Cavs players taking exception. It was great energy

I mean Okoro might need bridge work and I'm not convinced that play was entirely accidental. If there's another one like that, I wouldn't be giving him the benefit of the doubt.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

I said before the series started i feared Morris would have to break his jaw.

Reminds me of Jones, his fine will probably end up more than his salary. Hopefully one of the guys will pay it for him, if not, he essentially joined the team for free lol

Keep in mind that Morris was already paid $17 million by other teams this season.
Well at least we're not Detroit!

I don't expect the Magic to continue to shoot 20% from three, BUT I also don't expect the Cavs to shoot 25%.

The first game was actually an above avg shooting night for Paolo (efficiency wise). We may have to expect it if we keep letting Niang guard him, but he's doing a decent enough job. What was odd was when I went to the last Pacers Cavs game in Indy last year, Niang was on Siakam and I expected Siakam to cook, but Niang did incredibly well. We will see against Paolo lol

Would love to see us breaking down the Magic defense today, but I understand they are one of the best defensive teams in the league

I assume they won't continue to let their PGs be switched onto Allen in the paint too.

Hope Suggs is fine.

Selfishly, I know that means Garland/Mitchell will have much less defensive pressure with him out

Cavs are getting whatever they want in the paint so far.

Okoro having a good 1st half with 6 minutes left in the half.

3-4 from thr floor 2-2 from deep, as i look this up, LeVert has the same split.

They have no answer for Mitchell, 19 first half points.

I think this is what we all expected to see last season in the playoffs.

What do ya know, walking the ball up and dribbling the air outta the ball, favors the Magic.

Kinda nasty 4th quarter, but we had enough of a lead that it never really mattered

I'll need to see what the Cavs do in Orlando, but this is feeling like a 4-5 game series

Allen with another fantastic game.

Mitchell had a great 1st quarter and a terrible 2nd half, his shooting splits are ugly.

Cavs really need to take better care of the ball, too many turnovers again.

But aye, a win is a win.

I'm assuming his knee is getting progressively worse as he plays on it, which is bad news for us in the long run; but it makes sense why he was aggressive early and looking for his shot. Fortunately Darius eventually found his shot, but he's struggled as well. This isn't going to get it done .vs. a team that can score 100 pts.
