Well you could try putting LeVert or someone with more height on him. Having all of Garland, CPJ, and Merrill in the game was a curious choice.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Ik we were down 3 starters and a 4th spot starter but even so, with how we've been playing up to good competition and down to bad competition, i had a feeling this would be a loss.

Folks got a good hard look at the limitations of the guys who weren't getting run tonight. Add to that the fact that LeVert has been just killing us since the allstar break, and we're in a really tough spot.

The good news is that Wade should be back. It sounds like he had a baby.

I'll give JBB credit for finally trying CPJ and Garland at the same time and then emptying his bench when the game got out of control on a b2b. It's a super low bar, but it's something.

As for Thomas, the trick is making sure Okoro actually stays on him and doesn't get switched off so easily. There's little point having a superior on the ball defender when our defense immediately switches every screen.
