Good deal
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Glad he's sticking around. Hopefully he heals up and is able to continue his career.

What is the expected recovery time for him?

Yea I think we'll get the Sanchez thing answered real quickly now. They have to create a 40 man spot for Woodruff and once they do that and move Woody to the 60 day IL then there would be no reason to not sign Sanchez right away

Someone get Mark tipsy so we can get him to pony up for a 1 year rental of Blake Snell to bridge the gap until Woody returns

Just a quick batting practice clip so we'll see how it translates but it looks like Weimer cut out all of the extra junk in his swing. I am intrigued.

What actually is Woodruff’s timeline? Is it like a 6, 9, 12 month recovery? I mean if 6-8, there is probably a chance at the All Star break of a return I would assume.

12-15 months. It'll be 2025 if he does come all the way back.

Woody back just feels right.

Fascinated to see how the Sal in the infield thing plays out. Everyday IF may be a lot to ask but if can play there in spots, that versatility is huge with the OF logjam

Yeah shoulder issues are tricky for pitchers, definitely not something you want to rush and you're right some guys never make it back.

You can tell Murph has been waiting a while on this one. It's cheesy but I like it.

He reminds me of Robert Duvall for some reason.

Glad to get Sanchez finally done. The blurb about carrying 3 catchers though is interesting, I don't think I'm a fan. Haase isn't good enough to warrant that imo

Yeah I'm not really buying the three catchers thing either. Even if they were going to do it I don't think there's anyway it would be an already made decision at this point in the spring for a guy like Haase.

This...does not remotely 'fire me up,' so the tweet was kinda a let down, but as long as the players dig it that's all that matters.
