You think by now these players would have learned that physics dictates not sliding is faster for all practicable purposes. Unless you can launch yourself running full speed at the exact perfect angle and land perfectly at maximum extension (essentially impossible) running through the base is absolutely faster.

Thought the bullpen arms looked good but yea not much else. Really rough days from Adames, Winker, & Rowdy
