The offspeeed and command has to be impeccable to get by with this velo. I'm not sure he's really that guy as a pitcher.

Maybe he's trying too hard to throw where he wants it instead of just pitching. I obviously have no idea.

Not impressed with Hall so far. I thought he was supposed to have nasty stuff or whatever, but I don't see any of it.

Can't watch the game but on Gameday, Hall looks wild. Throwing a lot of balls.

Let's see if Hoskins gets plunked if he's up with no one on base this inning. I'm guessing no with a 3 run deficit.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

The Boo's are charging Hoskins like the Sun to Superman.

Yikes, trying to bunt in that situation is about as weak as you can get. Brice has no bat.

Not a terrible 1st start for Hall. Hopefully the velo gets up there on the FB. Slider was looking sharp. Keep building off that and he'll be fine. He got a rough strike zone on some of his pitches that could have added to his SO total.

I think I'm going to like this team's position players a lot. Guys like Dunn and Ortiz and Bauers and Sanchez can at least be serviceable. This could finally be the year that they don't have anyone completely imploding a la Winker, Tellez, Bradley Jr, Shaw, McGehee, etc etc (could go on and on and on sadly).

Turang is an automatic out at the plate. Sheesh.

It sucks so much because he's so good at defense if he was even just okay at hitting he'd be such a useful player.
