What do you think about the Brian Roberts Rumor?

Yeah getting Bedard in that deal would be highway robbery, another good lefty like him would be fantastic. However it is just a rumor and I doubt anything happens.

I would also think teams are a bit leery dealing with Omar when he says, I'd also like this pitcher included into the deal. If I were the other GM, I'd head for the hills.

And Brian Roberts is damn good on his own. He fits our team perfectly.

No way. Roberts has more value right now than Milledge. I'm not sure you guys realize this, but it is soooooooo hard to find a quality second baseman, especially one that hits and plays defense like Roberts. Outfielders like Milledge are plentiful and easily replaceable.

And I'm not saying Milledge won't be good but, you have to look at the position we're trying to acquire.

Its very true that Roberts is better then him right now, and personally im on the fence if it was a straight up deal.
