Kyle at Mets Prospects (Shea Nation Network), writes about Lastings Milledge:

Ted Berg on SNY.tv reports that Lastings Milledge should begin running tomorrow, and will soon resume baseball activity.Berg adds that he believes Milledge due to Alou's absence, is the Mets best option for left field at this time.

Should just stick with Gomez. He is going to figure out the majors. As for Alou, I don't expect him back for a while.

Milledge picked the wrong time to go down.

He would have won the starting job by now if only we kept him on the active roster a few more days.

Talk about being behind the 8 ball.
