Congratulations to Jose Reyes. With Ryan Braun 0-4 tonight, it's all, but certain Jose Reyes will win the N.L. batting title. He becomes the 1st Met to ever win a batting title. I hope we get to see Jose break more records in a Mets uniform in the coming years.

I didn't agree with the move, however, I don't have as much of a problem with it as others. What bothered me more was he didn't come out and just play the field and get a couple more innings just so the fans could see him, as it was possibly his last game as a Met.

I understand he didn't do it the right way. I'm just saying it didn't bother me as it did some others. Plenty of other players have done the same thing throughout their careers. Don't get me wrong, I wish he played the whole game, it just didn't bother me as much as it did others.
