The Mets also shut down the Class AAA New Orleans reliever Ambiorix Burgos with a sore elbow. The organization is concerned that he will need reconstructive elbow surgery.

it was a good trade. banneister had no upside and as we can all see he wouldn't be needed anyway.

i just hope burgos gets better
