I'm not watching the game but boy that was a tough GIDP to take, did we even try to advance the runners into scoring position?

Bummer of a loss today....

Still think we should be blowing this team up and building around our new ace (Haren) and our core young players (Swish, Buck, Dan Johnson, Daric, Putnam)

Id rather take a small step back this year in an effort to replenish our depleted farm... whereas in the past we had numerous options within the farm, we now see Beane reaching in trades in an effort to replenish the farm system with former #1s... I don't believe theres a solid game plan for our future, and in our financial situation, that's a huge nono.
