Thanks for Nothing, Aaron Rowand

Post#1 » by humanrefutation » Wed Jul 11, 2007 4:10 am

You could've won the All-Star game for your National League, but instead of working the count and looking for a good pitch to hit, you swing at the second pitch and hit a lazy fly ball that ends the game. It's not like K-Rod had walked the last two batters or anything...or that the momentum was in the hands of your team and the pressure was on K-Rod and the AL.

So, Aaron Rowand, thanks for nothing.

Sincerely,
A Fan of the Milwaukee Brewers, a team that no one cares about

Why are you going around, blaming other players, when your own, Prince Fielder didn't even produce too much?

Can't. I just went blind watching the Eagles play the Giants. :) \

But seriously, good luck against SD/COL and be sure to roll the Cubs if they make it past AZ. And if you make it to the WS, please try to win at least 2 games OK?

I hope with re-sign Rowand but he could be costly. Scott Boras has come out and said that he's looking for a 7 year deal worth $20 MIL per season for Andruw Jones. If Jones gets ANYthing close to that I think Rowand will cost too much for ownership to keep him.
