Nice comeback win. I felt we came up one game short in this homestand. As strange as it may sound, 11-13 felt much better than 10-14 heading back out on the road. Isn't this a 9 game road trip?

We are hanging on for dear life.

The only reason why I take this somewhat seriously is that FIVE teams make the playoffs now in each league. That fifth and last playoff spot will probably a lot more often than not remain in-play till much later in the season if you can keep yourself at around .500.

No, I'm not thinking we'll make the playoffs or anything; but it would be nice to remain somewhat in the hunt for as long as possible. Again, for the fifth and last playoff spot that's probably not asking for too much most years.
