Yeah Maxi hasn't been the same since his torn hamstring. He wasn't late last season, wasn't in the preseason and definitely isn't today. He's noticeably slower out there.

Yea Lively better get his conditioning up because he’s gonna have to play a lot of minutes lol. As long as he is out the game it’s a layup line.

I'm not sure what's worse at 4.45AM - the Spurs Mariachi band or the Mavs defense

Kidd starting a euro white boy at center is quite the choice. He might regret that soon. Maxi can't start any game in 2023.

Maxi looks done....I really hated his extension, thought they made it too quick...he always played solid D against smaller Players but was never really a rim protector

:( Mavs don't look like a playoffs team this year.

Doing that thing where we don’t call timeouts again this year…

Predictable outcome with this lineup... Kidd never learns.

Smh easiest way to lose a game. The whole play yourself back into the game is insane. Way easier to call a timeout and stop the freight train.

Lively +10, Maxi -11 - the story of the first half in a nutshell. If Lively develops steadily then this team is a quality 2nd big away from being good.

Lively needs to play ALL 24 minutes.

He does clog the lane a bit on offense but it’s worth it because Spurs have a harder time scoring.

My take on Wemby so far… he’s a 7’4 guard on offense. Changes the whole game of defense

Lively better start in the 2nd half. Hell I'd rather Grant play small ball C over Maxi right now.

Its pretty amazing the moment Lively goes out the Spurs go on a 12-0. He comes back in and its back down to 4.

If Maxi isn't making 3s he's pretty useless.

Powell is hurt.

I was surprised with no Curry though. I don't mind though since Exum was solid in his minutes.

A trade for a starting SF or a PF(if Grant plays the SF) would make sense...I have a feeling Bogdanović(Detroit) becomes available during the season...Timmy and seconds would be perfect but Detroit will probably want Hardy included, instead of the seconds
