In all the crap going on this past weekend with the full relization that our team is in shambles.. we forgot we have a game tonight!!

I hope Dallas shows up to this game but I think this is another loss for Dallas.
Dallas is completely out of sync and appears to have no chemistry at all.

Last time Dirk played at Utah he went beserk and dropped 40... hopefully with Dirk as pissed as he is, he does it again.

Before the season, i posted here Dirk would be struggled this season because He lost JKidd and 2man game by Terry at the same time. I have no idea when Dirk can get comfortable with current system... its really tough situation.

One of the better first quarter efforts I've seen from us this season. Hopefully we don't implode later on in the game.

Was that defense that we played in the first or was Jazz just off?

I know the stats say that we're 28 out of 30 teams in points allowed so.....
I'd be ecstatic if we got it together and just became middle of the pack like 15th or 16th in points allowed.

and take it one game at a time...

we are still not completely out... and if dirk goes to his best self..vince becomes vinsanity and oj gets back his form... we can still make some noise....

but we need to win games...

Well ... San Antonio lost to New Orleans 88 to 95.

Now I don't feel totally pissed about that overtime loss.

Get Kaman out of there for the rest of the game, he's absolutely trash. When he's struggling with his only interest (scoring) then he's totally ineffective to play. He and Dirk out there is extremly painful.

It drives me nuts that Kaman and Dirk continue to share minutes on the court.
Again, I've said it before and I'm pretty sure Carlisle wants to draw a big defender away from the basket by setting Dirk up on the perimeter which give Kaman more room to operate in the low post but this is a bad defensive lineup.

This means that Dirk becomes a decoy ... a spot up shooter and Kaman is our #1 post offensive option.
I know Dirk and Kaman kind of occupy the same space - Dirk in the mid-post and Kaman in the low-post and you can say Dirk is still working himself back into game shape but I think we should let him get some touches in the post while he works into shape.
