So... does he have any chance at making the roster?

He will be the German Chandler Parsons except hopefully healthy and have an arch on his shot.

I believe he does. Now he'll be buried at the end of the bench but he'll make the team.

He's Dirk Nowitzki's shell corporation, so that's cool with me.

I was seeing tweets yesterday suggesting the Mavs think he is a rotation player right away. That's hard for me to believe--especially since he didn't even get a fully gtd contract, but....

Even though I hate looking up highlight videos and making judgments based off of them, it does look like he may be able to at least hold his own over here. They need him following Dirk everywhere he goes though for the next couple years

Has he played in summer league at all? He's on the active roster. But I am not impressed by the likes of Webster, Felix and so on. I haven't seen Kleber play, I think. Even if he's, he's totally unimpressive.

Honestly, if his competition is Dwight Powell, then I think there's a chance.

All teams say they like their guys until they truely want to say goodbye to them. I don't think we can evaluate until the exhibition games. The competition is weak...Powell, McRoberts, Finney-Smith. However, Kleber doesn't seem to be very good either. We'll see. Unfortunately, we can't see how things work out any soon. I am more keen to see how the starting lineup work, though. We're potentially very good in spacing. I wonder if we're better defensively. In case it is, there's a reasonable chance for us to get to playoff again.

This means we have 16 guys, but I guess Motely's two-way means he can technically not be on the 15-man roster maybe?

Looks like a solid shooter and shot-blocker.

He's listed at 6-8. I wonder if those shotblocking skills counts. He jumps well from the video. He's good shooter but his mechanics are not the same every time. And he's slow release. Given his size, this makes him more guardible on NBA floor. We'll see how it translate during preseason. It should be a 2-wayed contract, right?

He is the same height with and without shoes as Blake Griffin.

Most non-US leagues list the player height without shoes.
Which is why in Australia over the years players seem to shrink a couple inches on the flight from America!!
That 6'4" PG is really 6'2"
