When I see Luka getting fed for easy shots...that tells me the ball is moving. You mean Luka got an open look that wasn't a step back or a tough one inside the lane? That tells me the ball is moving, all guys are involved, and now the synergy is happening. There is no doubt that this team talked about ball movement along with defense.

THJ shouldn't see any minutes anymore since Exum returned. Luka and Exum creating defense to offense, 2 man game that worked at the start of the season. Can Kidd learn something out of this?

Lively is showing everyone why he is not starting. Constantly late and out of control on closeouts. Still has a lot to learn.

Have you noticed how teams usually do 2 passes or someone makes a short drive and Mavs for no reason send 3 or 4 guys to camp the paint and leaving others wide open on perimeter?

Our biggest problem offensively is unlimited Luka or Kyrie 1 on 1 or pick and roll. Nothing else. Our biggest problem defensively is overcommit to driving, together with poor rotation, resulted into wide open 3 ball.

Another reason I like when other guys initiate the offense other than Luka - is because teams probably scout Dallas with Luka bringing the ball down and having the ball in his hands. Its probably a lot harder for their defensive game plan when multiple guys are initiating the offense and bringing the ball down and Luka is catching and shooting, etc. With that being said, great win.
