This looks to be another Josh Hamilton all over again, the only difference is that Hamilton realized his problems & struggled to overcome them, while Dukes seems to be ignorant & resistant to advice.

I fear we've waited to long to move Dukes for any type of compensation. Our only hope now is that he can reign in his demons & turn into a productive ball player

I was hoping that the Rays would hang onto him.
But, the longer he has exposure to the media, the worse he appears.
Dukes has issues beyond just immaturity.
You're right, his value has shrunk to nil at this point.
