Nats fan here wondering what it would take to get this guy in DC. He is young and an emerging talent and I think he would fit in just fine with us. I know you guys are jsut as young as we are but what's your asking price for him.

Given the state of the DRay's pitching woes, I doubt that Shields or Kazmir are available, unless it would be for bona fide starting pitching in return.

That may change down the road, but Shields looks to be a future ace, and I think the Rays think so too.
