MLB.com - The Rays are looking to bolster their bullpen and Billy Wagner could be an option.

Wagner hasn't officially decided if he'll play next season and is just 15 saves shy of 400 for his career.

"I began hearing speculation about Wagner even before the end of the season, so I'm sure the Rays will at least talk to him. Once conversations begin, who knows what can happen? If both sides believe they have a good match, Wagner could be in a Rays uniform next year," Bill Chastain wrote on MLB.com.
