KK is swinging the bat at above Avg OPS+ and gets a righty you rode that till he sucks again. Letting espinal hit a righty is just so beyond stupid.

Yeah there is no way to rationalize pinch hitting Kirk for Kiermaier instead of Espinal. Makes no sense on any level.

Maybe all those times I trashed Montoyo, it was actually Schneider in the ear of Montoyo giving him ridiculous ideas. Yesterday it was bringing in Swanson to clean up the mess in the 8th Inning instead of starting the 8th, and now Schneider brings in Kirk to pinch hit for the left hander Kevin Kiermaier, instead of the Right handed hitter Espinal. Another baffling decision.
