Running hard. Who knew.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

Am I crazy or could have Vlad made it to second there?

He did run hard to first at least.

Why isn't Vlad at second right now? More bad base running from Vlad. At least he hustled down the line for a change.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

You're not crazy (at least about that).

Put your best hitter in cleanup and it pays off.

And that would have been a 2 RBI single for Biggio had Vlad been on 2nd base like he should have been. Probably costs us a run.

Watching Cavan Biggio carry this team in 2023 was not on my bingo card.

Should be 3-1 but that squander is what they deserved after Vlad declined to run to 2nd.

What a wasted opportunity. Should have scored more runs in that inning.

Unreal. Its literally unreal how awful these guys are. Never can get a big inning going. Best we can hope for is 1 run. Puke.

Defence. He's basically Kevin Pillar.

Well yes, he's probably the best defensive player in baseball. Can't hit though.

Does anyone have a clear, concise memory of the last time we had a huge inning where we strung together 3,4,5 hits in a row and scored more than 1 run in an inning? because i dont.

Really good base runner too. But his power like everyone else is gone.

I had to look it up but that 7th inning in the 2nd game of the Oakland series.

Other than climbing fences, Pillar’s defence was way over rated.
