The Orioles' offense is fun. It's more fun when it's beating up on the Yankees' pitching staff.

Not looking forward to playing in the Trop this season. Well, less than usual.

As far as I'm aware, this is the first time a player has been placed on the DL for a mental health issue.

The Rays are currently outscoring their opposition 61 to 18 on the year. Granted, they have opened the year with eight straight games against bad teams, but that's still utterly absurd.

From 2008 on, the AL East teams are more than 500 games above .500 (the AL East teams minus the Orioles are a combined 750+ games above .500). Three of the top five in baseball in wins over that span are in the East, and we're also above .500.

Which is crazy, given that they were playing nearly half their games within the division. This year could be even more absurd with the somewhat more balanced schedule...

Clearly the Rays relief corps sucks. 8 games into the season, and they still haven't recorded a single save!

Yo **** Tampa. **** cupcake schedule. Yankees started last season with like 27/30 games against Baltimore to pad their record, now the Rays start their season with four straight series against minor league teams.

We need a stretch like that to get our confidence up. Even Berrios/Kikuchi could get a win against some of the teams Tampa faced.

The only good thing about Tampa going on an unsustainable run is that the media doesn't care about them and they don't have any fans so I won't need to keep hearing about how they're on pace for 120 wins all spring.

Man, 10 games in and every team in the AL East is 500 or above.

As if the Yankees needed any more help... An Ahmed Rosario throwing error allows Stanton to reach 2nd in the 9th inning. The pinch runner ends up scoring the go-ahead run on a single. Mr. Rosario then strikes out swinging at a ball with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 9th to complete the ignominy. This Jays fan is not impressed.
