Man, you don't see back to back 100+ MPH relievers all that often.

But we have Springer, so it's OK :P
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Side note what's up with Conforto? I know he had surgery I read he's healed and Toronto trying to sign him among others he's a left handed bat and would spell the end of ever seeing Zimmer bat again.

Still think we need pitching at least a starter and a reliever

Rumour was he was unvaccinated.

I read a couple of days ago that Conforto had 5 teams interested in him, including Toronto. However, the timeline for his return is in September. Like you stated, another decent reliever for this team is necessary, and hopefully Shapiro/Atkins can make a move before the August 2nd deadline to get one. If Kikuchi is terrible again in his next start, I would move him to the Bullpen for low leverage situations, and hopefully we can acquire another Starting Pitcher as well to replace him. I would give Kikuchi another Start and even possibly two, to show he can be halfway decent. He has been terrible in his last 8 of 9 Starts. You cannot just continue to throw him out there, and have him wear down our Bullpen every 5 days.

Yeah your right, just seen it. I guess we have to see Zimmer try to go for a sub .100 batting season. 8 hits this far in the season is pathetic. Fulmer would be a good bullpen option so would David Robertson both would help this bullpen. I think Josh Bell is still a realistic target
