I have a feeling that the bullpen help budget and the stadium renovation budget are not the same budget.

i feel like the 500 level terraces or patios or whatever are gonna be a miss, unless they're primarily used up by private events. that area is just too disconnected from everything else. it's hard to imagine a ton of people giving up their seats to go up there in what would be the worst vantage point and sightlines in the whole stadium. the WJ flight deck is always packed but at least you feel like you're a part of the event.

already getting annoyed at some of the caroms off that curved outfield wall in RF and LF, but the raised bullpens and the seats going right up to the wall in RCF/LCF are pretty cool.

Nightengale: MLB trade deadline's top buyers, sellers and finalists for a Juan Soto deal - USA Today

– The Blue Jays are spending $230 million on improvements to the Rogers Centre, which likely takes them out of the running to host an All-Star Game until at least 2027. The Baltimore Orioles, Texas Rangers, Chicago Cubs and perhaps Atlanta are among the contenders to host the 2024-2025 All-Star Games. The 2023 All-Star Game is in Seattle, and the only other one scheduled is the 2026 All-Star Game in Philadelphia.

I still don't understand why they've kept the 'warning track' as just the same astroturf, but painted brown.

Isn't the whole idea that it should give fielders a tactile warning that htey're running into a wall?

i went to Oriole stadium 2 years ago when the Jays spanked them 22-7, got seats 2nd row right behind home plate for cheap (like $50-60), you could see me in a few highlights as well since it was a highlight-filled game due to the score lol

the stadium has a very nice touch with its surroundings of surrounding old buildings and the outdoors. natural fresh air throughout the entire stadium. whether you're behind home plate or in the outfield standing room area, it is indeed a very memorable stadium to be at.

I'm wondering how much Rogers will bump ticket prices thanks to the renovations. The game have been a relatively affordable outing.

How many more 100 level seats added? Makes sense since those are the most expensive seats

Shorter fences. Less foul territory... Very much The Bandbox on Bremner.

More to the point though... I'm interested to find out if they are steeping the incline of the lower seats. I remember reading it was the shallowest slope in the league.. IE. As anyone knows who's sat in the 100's,, you are treated to a view of the head of the person in front of you. That would be a big and tricky job, but that's a big part of making the stadium right imo.
