As a fan and a previous Business Marketing graduate, not sure I'm feeling this marketing slogan/motto... Feel like there could have been something more specific & creative relating to the team and/or city... "To the Core" is very general and could be used for any team, in any city, and for any sport.

I mean, "Next Level" was pretty much the same. Honestly, there's so many baseball ones that are just... there? #LevelUp #ChangeTheGame #ItsDifferentHere #TimeToShine, etc...

Ya those are all terribly forgettable, which is why I don't even remember them... Do they switch them out every season or two?

I had to walk away from my computer one time in my fantasy draft tonight.

Better than it picking Moreno for you.

He should probably begin the season as the team's starting 2nd baseman, and see if he can continue the offensive consistency.

He may actually be our best option at 3B right now. Our best lineup?

The bullpen is in trouble. Romano has elbow inflammation, Swanson forearm tightness.

Should have signed Hicks.

Imagine acquiring the best defensive player in the league that can also hit.

Baltimore is going to own us again this season. They are just too deep.

Yup. Gausman with a sore shoulder. Manoah with his brain injury. This is gonna be the season of pitching injuries. We all saw it coming. After that insane health for literally everyone on the staff last year, it was 100% going to catch up to them this year. Only way we're even sniffing the playoffs this year is if the offense does a complete 180 from last year. Because i doubt we're winning very many 2-1 or 3-2 games this season.

Weren’t Manoah and Ryu out basically all last year? That doesn’t seem insanely healthy to me.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

We had four pitchers all with over 30 starts. Discounting game 162 we only used 7 starters all season. That's incredibly healthy by MLB standards.
