By seasons end, the pitching coaches and Manoah will probably come up with a reason why he’s going through this dry spell/suckage.

But what is "B" here? What's the alternative? That he just sucks at pitching now for the first time in his life after being one of the best pitchers in the league for no good reason? I'll adopt the possibility of "A" for now until another reason is provided.

Can we get a new manager midway through this season? The FO and media credited Schneider with our turnaround last season. Let's do that again, but this time, let's not replace one idiot with another one.

Saying it isn’t the pitch clock but providing no other plausible reason, is silly. Manoah pitched really slowly. Now he can’t do that. The other option, he just can’t pitch anymore for no real reason, is lacking.

Thanks for making my point lmao. So Philips hasnt pitched with a shot clock. So what? He is still around the teams, the players (he talks to them, watches them in person etc) and thus has much more insight into whats going on than the random ramblings, assumptions and conjectures of certain RealGM posters who think they are always right and everyone is always wrong.

The “ramblings” are not “random” by the realgm posters you are excited to insult though. There’s an actual thing, the pitch clock, that changes how Manoah actually pitches. So far there is no other reason being provided by Phillips or you. Just that he sucks now, “randomly”. Is it possible Manoah sucks? Just “randomly” out of the blue? Sure. I guess that can sometimes happen. Maybe you and Phillips could spend a bit more time thinking about it though.

You can move Bo to any position you like, but as long as he keeps trying to throw sidearm on every play, nothing will change.

Feel bad for Gausman, but also for Mayza. Beautiful fielding by a pitcher to set up a double play. He did not deserve that L.

Plus, it would have been fun to watch him as the ghost runner on second.

Wish we had Gibby but he's done for good. He's enjoying life chillin at home watching the Jays and drinkin beers.

But what a horrible L. It's like in the NBA having the lead the entire game and suddenly lose on a last second buzzer beater
