If Ryu has a bad start today, will he be allowed any more starts? Not a fan of the 6 man ... it would seem they have him pegged for one more start on the weekend if they stick to 6 man.

With Romano, Richards, Green coming in a week maybe, I also assume that he can be DFA'd for a short period (and recalled later) if they need to since I can't see somebody claiming him.

Hopefully he has a good start and makes the decisions more difficult.

That was a pretty casual throw by DeJong there.

Any word when Ramirez appeal will be with MLB regarding his 3 gamer?
If he could miss a game or two in the series it would be nice.

I thought Jose was suspended as part of the brawl? Why is he allowed to be in their lineup? Is he appealing his suspension?

He appealed - did a google search and based on a CBS Sports article from 3 hours ago, the appeal date has yet to be determined.

Cant believe we have to keep starting Biggio. What an awful time for Bo to go down man. Was really hoping that with Schneiders arrival id never have to see Biggio or Espinal ever again.

I missed the Boston sweep for a music festival but apparently Jesus Christ himself suited up for the Jays and put up 0.6 fWAR in a series? Lol

Happy for Schiender tho been locked in all year in AAA and continuing that in the Majors.

Not impressed with DeJong at the plate. Looks like he has the exact same approach as Biggio lmao

There is a reason why one of the best defensive shortstops in the league was traded for virtually nothing, and St. Louis even sent money this way. If he was even average as a hitter he would be one of the best shortstops in the league. Alas, he's not, so what you see is what you get.

Schneider keeps changing up the lineups. Why is Davis starting leadoff? Stick with what worked for you in Boston.

He is the Varsho of the infield. Been a terrible hitter for 3 years, but is a solid defender.

Dejong and Biggio are like 2 free outs. Varsho is almost a free out
