Only guy on this team who can even touch the guy. Cole would have to choke significantly not to get the perfect game tonight.

At least he might only throw a shutout over 8 innings instead of 9 now after that hit.

Probably still 9 though.

No idea why Berrios was pulled there or why Tim Mayza is being wasted in this game with 3 in Tampa starting tomorrow.

If we get less than two in the 7th has to be low leverage the rest of the way. I sort of understand giving Mayza some mound time there given that he has not been used much lately.

Just reserved a hotel in St Pete for Saturday/Sunday if all goes as planned will go to Saturday and Sunday game. I’m about 2 hours away from Tropicana.

You couldn't pay me to watch any version of the Jays at the Trop.

The Jays scored their only run on Gerrit Cole this season over 3 starts on a wild pitch.

“MRI”. No structural damage. In the lineup tomorrow.

What a trooper.

Rogers has their script ready.

They say he'll play when he wakes up without pain. Guess we'll see him in spring training.

heh, it's not like tonight was an important game.

he's protecting his reputation or he's afraid of Cole.. but he’s not acting like a trooper like Buck is insisting

“ no structural damage”. Pop a Tylenol. Or a couple of shots of rye

Pearson sucks so bad that he's gonna make them use another reliever. He was always overrated, but it's incredible just how bad a pitcher he turned out to be.

Schneider needs to hit. We can’t put all our eggs in one basket for a home run. We need to keep the train moving.

Schneiders eye is just as good as Biggio’s

Davis is much more of a power hitter than this guy.
