The Jays against the Rays with their season on the line. What could go wrong?

Pretty sure even this Blue Jays team can win at least one game against a Tampa team that is missing its two best players AND most likely load managing the others. I say we win the first two and then rest guys on Sunday. Looking forward to a full Buffalo Lineup on Sunday. Might be Davis Schneiders last at bats for the year.

I'm going to the game sunday, I hope it will be a stress free game where I don't have to worry about securing a playoff spot lol.

Today’s Rays pitcher had a few great games as a Guardian against KC and White Sox who are bottom 5 in runs. Otherwise he has not been that good lately. I think today might be the day that we get some runs early and knock him out by 5th inning.

cy young candidate = perfect game alert
all-star starter = no no territory
average 3rd starter = twirls a gem, hands the ball off to the bullpen with the lead
AAAA spot starter = career night, gets the game ball for the final out authenticated and puts it on a mantle in his living room
journeyman scrub = 6 IP, 6 K's, 1 BB, 1 ER

Civale would fall into the average 3rd starter category here.

Why wouldn’t they? They want them to be locked in for the playoffs.

Full lineup for Tampa tonight.

Time to make it happen.

Man, having two of the slowest runners in all of baseball sure does suck sometimes. Thats an infield single for 99% of major leaguers.
