Gausman struggled today. Disappointing to see. But the bats didn't help him either. We had runners on base. Just couldn't execute anything.

John Schneider wasting the pen (at least one inning to much)
It might be all over by Wednesday (or is that a positive for some!)

When you don't hit home runs, you have to bunch a lot of hits together, and that's just not a recipe for success in the playoffs when you're up against good to great pitching. Either the Jays get lucky with the long ball over the next day and hopefully two, or they'll be quietly and pathetically swept out of Minnesota.
