Incredible defense there. Kirk and Biggio are jokers...

Your defense doesn't matter much when your pitchers can't keep the ball in the park I suppose.

Never seen so many guys hitting in the .125-150 range in a single lineup. We even have two guys hitting below .100

Good times.

I can see why Buck was an awful manager considering he's trying to justify not playing Schneider after watching this debacle.

Davis should ask for a trade from this disgraceful franchise

A 1 hitter is what this joke organization deserved after putting that all defense lineup out there after that HR

ROFL! I know right?? What was that dumbass reasoning?? "We signed a guy for 2 years so we HAVE TO play him!" Just...what? How about playing the guys that most help you win ballgames? Am i taking crazy pills here?

hmmm, maybe they should have gotten rid of all the offensive coaches from last year and started from scratch instead of scapegoating one of them. Offensive coaches or not, hard to completely not blame the players for this abysmal offense.

One fluke hit away from 2 no hitters in a 3 game series. But yeah Atkins. Keep believing in Mattingly, Martinez, and your 'core players' improving.

This has to be one of the most unlikeable teams in the league. They collectively have no personality, so they are boring as hell to watch, and then the "hit everything on the ground and/or never pull anything" offensive strategy is absolutely aggravating to watch. I thought surviving 2023 was hard, but this looks like a continuation of that except now they are intentionally benching young players with actual upside in order to play guys like IKF, Biggio, and Kiermaier.

If I thought there was any chance that Shapiro fires Atkins, then I'd almost be rooting for the team to have a train wreck season just to move on to a new front office, but I don't see that happening even in a worst case scenario.

227m for your 7-8-9 hitters to be Kiermaier, IKF and Biggio is a joke.

Good times.

It is still early. Only April 3rd. No need to panic. Focus on the great run prevention defensive players that Atkins has in the lineup like KK, Varsho, IKF, and Biggio. Not forgetting a consensus possibly top 5 Catcher according to some on this forum like Kirk.

The hits and offense from these guys will eventually come around. Due to our great run prevention players, we have the luxury of benching Davis Schneider. Not many other teams in MLB have that luxury. It is still early. 6 more months still left of baseball. Show some patience.

The useless clown of a manager puts Davis in when the game is done. This alone should be enough to fire Schneider and Atkins. And while theyre on their way out, they better take horseface Shapiro with them.

Actually a Luxury Tax payroll of 247 million. Rogers is paying into the Luxury Tax to have these great run prevention players in the lineup.

If they made no changes after 8-1 and the PR Berrios disaster, I can’t imagine the scenario that would lead to FO changes.
