Also, Mayza doesn’t look good at all this year. May explain why we haven’t used him a lot.

I'd never understand how a professional athlete can be so fat in this day and age. Kirk should be demoted until he comes back in shape and at least 30 pounds lighter.

Viewers should go on strike until IKF is released.

How long will Atkins force the manager to keep giving him starts? All season?

Our broadcasters should be allowed to drink during games.

Can't believe Bowden threw a fastball there 2-2 Stanton has some of the worst plate discipline in the league. Just bounce a curveball and see what happens lol

On a separate note, I can't listen to Buck Martinez. His voice just gets on my nerves.

Ya know for how awful the offense is our pitching has also been embarrassing. 27th in team ERA coming into today and probably 28th or 29th now. 28th in BAA, last in homeruns given up (19), and 28th in K's per 9.

A minor miracle were 4-6 and not 2-8.

Gausman, Bassitt, and Kikuchi are all in their mid-30s. Not exactly prime years. Decline was inevitable.

The team-building philosophy of this FO is to sign aging vets while ignoring the need to develop prospects. This is the end result.
