We’re counting Manoah as one of the rehabbers and not a minor leaguer, are we?

lemme guess manoah "felt great" and was "happy" with where he was at with his delivery and such. i mean it's progress for sure when you don't hit anyone but giving up 4 ER in 3 IP after his last few horrendous starts does not inspire in any way. more confidence in bowden than manoah (rodriguez over both obv) and its not really close.

Has there been any news about Votto?

It's amazing how he went from 'just tweaked his ankle a bit, should be fine real soon' to 'we don't talk about bruno' really quickly.

5 days ago he started hitting off a tee. So yeah, may be a while longer.

Was listening to the morning radio today when Steve Philips was on and he said Romano looked really bad. Couldn't find the strike zone. Not something you want to hear about your reliever. I think we keep running Yimi out there in save situations until Romano proves himself.

It's bad that I was like "Hey Manoah is improving a little"...

100%. Especially with how dangerous Yimi has looked and his newfound velocity. I'd say the role is Yimi's to lose until he struggles and Romano has shown enough at the major league level.

Manoah is done can't believe in like a year I've already completely written him off as not just a near star but as even a major leaguer
