Tonight we have over a 21% chance to get a top 3 pick, 6 pm on ESPN.

Guess I'm more snob than fan when I say I hope the Lakers and Celts get bumped down by the Nuggets   :naaa:

I personally hope the Lakers end up 3rd to keep their pick and have to give up next years, and that the Celtics drop to 6th. Maybe thats wrong, but I am tired of hearing how the NBA has to have them being great and screw the smaller markets.

If the Nuggets move up to 1 or 2, I could care less how everything else shakes out.

One simulation from me - we moved back to 8.

Using tankathon, took me 9 times before we moved up to hit the #2 spot...I could live with that.

Gotta hope the Nuggets are due to get lucky and move up for once. If the lottery is rigged, hopefully we've built up enough good karma over the last couple years to get some help from the big man upstairs (Adam Silver).

Also I pulled the trigger on those 'pay the pick' season tickets, so I've potentially got a good chunk of cash riding on this lotto.

Boy it would be incredible to see 3 guys jump into the top 3 and kick out the Celtics and Lakers.

I'm tired of the bigmarkets goodteams argument as well, but extreme cases like Philadelphia make it a little interesting. Philly is going to need as much immediate help as possible if they're trying to repair the damage that Hinkie did... If Silver swings that way (and we all know that the draw is held behind closed doors) he'd bump 2 teams into the top 3.

From a broader perspective I want Anthony Davis to get some help by any means possible, but obviously the best case scenario is the direct acquisition of Ingram

No only 2 have to jump, I want the Lakers to keep theirs this year.

Disappointing but we all knew it was the most likely outcome. At least we didn't move back.

Should be an interesting draft night. In TC we trust!

I feel like after the first seven players there's a big drop off in talent. Would've been very unfortunate to drop any slots. Hoping for Jaylen Brown!

Jaylen's stock seems to be dropping quick. No doubt in my mind he's there at 7. Right now he's my pick as well but I have to look at who's going to help us the most, so it'll probably change.

J.Brown would be a good choice. I think he's dropping because of his 3pt shooting. But he just might be one of those guys that can improve his shot/range with some top notch coaching (Mike Miller as player or coach).
