To be one of the best players of all-time shouldn't you be at least top 3 at your own position?

I suppose so, but what's the definition of best, top 5? top 10?

I wouldn't rank him that high but certainly one of the better players to ever suit up.

He's one of the best all-around players, but neither one of the ten best with the bat or in the field, if that makes sense.

Well if you consider him top 20 to 25 both with the bat and in the field, I think its safe to consider him an all time great.

A healthy Griffey for his entire career would have been. In his prime he was unbelievable. But then again, imagine if a guy like Dimaggio doesn't lose all those years fighting in the war....

The dude won 3 MVP's, got to bang Marilyn Monroe, and missed 3 years in his prime.

For all you junkies out there his RFg was 2.71, his OPS .977, and for cryin out loud he was hit by 46 pitches.

/\Lets play which stat doesn't belong.

Sorry, the correct answer was MVPs.

(Ya, I was too lazy to screencap and then edit your post into there. So sue me.)
