Not sure, but you raise a good point. Colorado has always been horrible. And I don't think much of the current squad...they're doing their best Texas Rangers impression, and it's not working.

Some mention has to go out to Brian Sabean. The deal he made in 2003 makes Zambrano for Kazmir seem defensible.

Joe Nathan, Francisco Liriano and Boof Bonser for AJ Pierzynski...only to have him leave in free agency next year.

The Accardo-Hillenbrand swap always looked bad for me too. What's with Sabean just giving away closers? Now Benetiz is struggling and they might be closing by committee.
