I honestly don’t know. It seems like he’s gotten very little publicity so far. If he gets one more he should be on the short list. Idk if it’s enough at the moment

Probably won’t win. But he’s already having a better year than when Gilmore won it who was the last DB to win it I think.
It’s not just the pics though. He’s killing it in coverage.

If he doesn't win DPOY it's an absolute travesty. Bland is arguably having one of the greatest defensive years ever, not just this year...EVER...in NFL history. 5 TDs...there are some great WRs that don't have 5 TDs this season. Kyle Pitts doesn't have 5 TDs his entire career. WTF can possibly more impactful than 5 TDs for a defensive player? There are no amount of sacks that can equate to that.

He has an unfair advantage because Bland went up against Dak in practice last year, who threw the most interceptions in the NFL, and all of Bland's pick-sixes so far have come from QBs worse than Dak.
