Anyone feel sorry for DeAndre Hopkins?

Post#1 » by chuck_wagon44 » Fri Jun 23, 2023 12:10 am

It's so obvious he wants to come back home and play for the Texans.

But they clearly are not interested and he's gone on somewhat of a city tour to find a good deal. he's somehow trying to convince himself that the Patriots or Titans are legit options but in reality, its not.

He went from being the best WR and demanding the most money to just settling for anything.

He clearly mismanaged his value and his desperateness is on full-display.

Thoughts?

Hopkins will sign with the Pats…

Dalvin with sign with the Dolphins…

Rodgers already signed with the Jets.

I’m sure the Bills are just ecstatic with the way this offseason is playing out.

Guess he'll find a way to scuffle by.

Fantasy alert: I bet D. Henry loves this move. Teams will think twice loading up the box all year to stop only him.

I like it from a fit perspective. Titans offense is gonna be a problem as long as Tannehill can stay upright.

I dont feel bad for him. He could have taken a lesser contract to play for any other team of his choosing. I also dont blame him for taking the best contract he could get. I dont know how much he has left in the tank and how much of a difference he makes for a team like the Titans.

No, I don't either. Dude still got paid and he is probably on the downside now. His Titans tenure will be like Andre Johnson with the Colts
